Terms of Use & Media Release

By registering for and/or attending the Empower & Elevate Conference (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Photography and Videography

The Empower & Elevate Conference (“Organizer”) may capture photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings during the Event. These recordings may include images or voices of attendees, speakers, sponsors, and participants.

2. Consent to Use of Likeness

By attending the Event, you grant the Organizer, its affiliates, partners, and representatives the right to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display your likeness, image, voice, and participation captured in any medium (including but not limited to photography, video, and audio) for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, without compensation or prior approval.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, email campaigns, and future promotional materials related to the Empower & Elevate Conference or the Organizer’s programs.

3. No Expectation of Privacy in Event Spaces

While the Organizer respects the privacy of attendees, please be aware that public and semi-public areas of the Event (such as networking spaces, session rooms, and general gathering areas) may be recorded. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to notify the Organizer in writing prior to the Event and to inform event staff onsite. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee complete exclusion.

4. Intellectual Property

All Event materials, including but not limited to presentations, recordings, slides, and workbooks, are the intellectual property of the Organizer or its presenters. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

5. Liability Waiver

The Organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the Event. Attendance is at your own risk.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, attending, or participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use & Media Release.
